Extraordinary Brands is launching a month-long fundraising initiative in October to support breast cancer awareness in partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS).
“Breast cancer affects every community, and it’s our responsibility to join the fight against this devastating disease,” said RJ Krone, President of Extraordinary Brands. The company will donate a portion of its October royalties to ACS, while its fitness brands—Neighborhood Barre, Row House, pūrvelo cycle, and Eat the Frog Fitness—will host individual fundraising activities.
Each brand will have a dedicated donation page on the ACS website, and studios nationwide will hold a special “Pink Week,” encouraging members to wear pink and participate in donation-based classes, with all proceeds going to ACS. Additionally, pūrvelo Cville will donate 10% of sales from pink merchandise to the UVA Breast Care Center.
