Compleat Kidz: Healing with Honesty, Growing with Purpose

Tell the truth—no matter how difficult.

At Compleat Kidz, this isn’t just a motto – it’s the backbone of everything we do. Whether it’s during therapy sessions, in team huddles, or in conversations with families, we lead with truth, even when it’s tough. Because we believe honesty builds trust, and trust drives real, life-changing outcomes.

What does “Tell the truth, no matter how difficult” mean in your work?

In paediatric therapy, honesty is more than a value – it’s a clinical tool. When progress is slow, we tell families with compassion. When there are breakthroughs, we celebrate them authentically. This commitment to truth influences everything: data tracking, team accountability, and how we show up for families.

Truth isn’t easy, but it’s powerful. It anchors our culture and enables transformation.

Adi Khindaria, CEO

What services does Compleat Kidz provide?

We offer a comprehensive range of paediatric therapies: Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely, tailoring every treatment plan to the specific needs of each child.

The journey begins with thorough assessments, often using tools like VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R, to understand each child’s current skill level and areas of need. Based on this, Board-Certified Analysts Behaviour (BCBAs) set measurable goals, continually adjusting based on data and parent input.

How are families involved in this process?

Therapy doesn’t work in isolation. That’s why parent training is embedded in our ABA programs. Families learn the same tools we use in the clinic, creating consistency across environments. We aim to empower parents – to move them from overwhelmed to confident, engaged, and capable of supporting their child’s growth.

When parents are part of the team, the results go further and last longer.

What role does technology play in your care model?

Technology doesn’t replace care – it enhances it. Our custom-built platform, Kure, was created by therapists for therapists. It automates data entry, tracks progress in real time and enables communication between disciplines and with families.

Kure gives us the power to spot trends quickly and adjust treatment immediately. That agility leads to faster, more effective outcomes. It also lets us be transparent about progress, which is essential to our values.

What tools or systems does Compleat Kidz use to manage therapy and track patient outcomes, and how is data used to improve care?

Compleat Kidz uses Kure (https://kureapp.com), a proprietary therapy management platform designed to support data-driven, individualized care. Kure allows real-time tracking of patient progress, helping therapists adjust treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs. It also centralizes clinical notes and goals, enabling seamless collaboration across ABA, physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.

In addition, Kure enhances communication between clinicians, administrative staff, and families, ensuring transparency and consistency in care. It also provides insights into outcome trends across patient populations, guiding clinical decision-making and continuous improvement. This data-focused approach helps us deliver accountable, evidence-based therapy aligned with our mission of honesty and impactful results.

What qualifications and training do your therapists and behavior technicians receive?

At Compleat Kidz, our highly trained clinical team delivers exceptional care.

Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists are licensed professionals with advanced degrees, accredited training, national certification, ongoing education.

Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) hold graduate degrees, complete supervised clinical hours, pass national exams, and maintain certification through continuing education and ethical standards.

Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) receive comprehensive ABA training, pass competency assessments, and work under BCBA supervision with ongoing support.

This expertise ensures consistent, high-quality care that truly benefits the families we serve.

Can you describe the culture at Compleat Kidz?

The culture at Compleat Kidz is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose. A core team – many of whom have been with us for over a decade – helps uphold these values, ensuring alignment, performance, and genuine care across the organization. It truly takes a village, and I’m grateful for a team that’s deeply committed to our mission.

What’s been the biggest challenge in your growth journey?

Our biggest challenge has been scaling while preserving our culture and commitment to quality care. As we grow, building an aligned and engaged team has been vital. I’m grateful for a core group that’s been with me for over a decade – they help uphold our values and ensure we stay true to our mission.

How do you balance financial sustainability with care quality?

Our philosophy is that “profit is like oxygen, one cannot survive without oxygen, but the purpose of living is not to just breathe in oxygen”.

We don’t believe those two things are at odds. In fact, they support each other. Financial strength enables us to invest in our people, improve infrastructure, and innovate without pressure to cut corners.

We view profit to an end – not the end itself. Our mission driven model channels resources directly into better care, happier staff, and more accessible services.

How does Compleat Kidz contribute to the local community?

We live where we work. Our team sponsors events, partners with schools, and joins in autism walks, resource fairs, and more. These efforts aren’t just about visibility – they’re about connection. We want families to know we’re part of the fabric of their lives, not just a clinic they visit.

What’s your vision for the future?

Our vision is to become a trusted household name in pediatric therapy – not for visibility, but to make a greater impact. We aim to expand our reach while staying grounded in what matters most: delivering high-quality, individualized care with integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence. Every child deserves the chance to thrive, and we’re committed to making that possible, one family at a time.

How do you define success?

Growing up my parents used to say that the best “thing you can do is to put food on someone else’s table”. We do that by creating jobs. But, most importantly we never forget who puts food on our table. It is a cycle of trust that includes building trust with Parents & Kiddos, Providers & Physicians.

Not in spreadsheets or balance sheets. For us, success is found in the little moments that mean everything: a child saying their first word, a parent feeling hopeful again, a therapist finding purpose in their work.

Those moments are our real ROI. They remind us why we show up every day.

What do you want families and providers to know above all else?

That we see them. We serve two sets of customers – our families, and our team. When both are supported, empowered, and thriving, we’re achieving our mission.

We’re not just a therapy provider. We’re a partner in your journey. And we’ll keep showing up, with honesty and heart, every step of the way.
